My experience was dominated by missed timing and plain lack of respect for my schedule.

I had a phone interview that got rescheduled multiple times over the course of two weeks. The final day/time came, and I waited—around ten minutes—without anyone joining the call. After that, I followed up by email, and their response was basically that they were out of the office. There was no real apology or credible explanation, and they even implied I should have gotten a notification to reschedule again, but I never did.
