My interview centered on scenario-based behavioral questions with a larger panel.

I went into it knowing they’d want me to explain how I’d react in different situations, and that’s exactly what happened. There wasn’t a lot of detailed questioning tied to very specific day-to-day job duties, but the panel kept probing my judgment across multiple scenarios.

Difficulty felt difficult because I was dealing with several people asking from different angles, and I had to keep my answers structured and consistent under that pressure. Even though the questions were about how I’d behave, the format still felt demanding because I couldn’t rely on knowing a single “right” story.
