I went through a multi-day interview format that started at a career fair and then pulled me into Chicago for the final steps.

The final experience wasn’t only interviews—it included a networking happy hour and a capstone presentation where I had to pitch a sales scenario.

One capstone focused on presenting a sales scenario pitching a retailer on a light beer brand. I had to think on my feet about how to drive sales in that situation, and the presentation component made it feel more like a practical exercise than a conversation. A separate version also involved preparing a pitch tied to a bar situation and walking through how I would increase sales, either by role-playing the scenario or explaining the approach
