I went through a fairly standard sequence: a recruiter arranged the interviews by phone, then I did an initial round with a more aptitude-style focus that leaned into mechanical-domain basics.

From there, I moved into technical interviews that were based partly on my resume and partly on basic questions tied to my projects.

The next step included a virtual managerial round that still ended up being technical, followed by an HR touchpoint to confirm whether I would move forward. The whole structure felt like multiple checkpoints with different people involved, but it never quite felt like there was a clear, deep technical challenge that would stretch me beyond the basics. Ultimately, I didn’t receive an offer, and the final HR round was the last confirmation that I wasn’t selected.
