Molex Software Engineer interview experience

The hiring manager came across as lacking basic knowledge about software usage and struggled to clearly explain the job scope when I asked questions. HR was also difficult to take seriously, repeatedly asking questions that didn’t seem connected to the role or my background.

By the end, it didn’t feel like a real assessment at all—more like a mismatch and a low-effort interaction. The overall experience was easily the worst I’d had with an MNC, and I walked away feeling like I’d wasted my time. I didn’t receive an offer, and the lack of professionalism left a strong negative impression.
