I was pulled in through an early step that started with a link to complete a short set of video-recorded questions.

After completing that, a few days passed and I received details about what the next stages would be.

My process then moved into three stages overall: a recruiter call, a HireRight video interview, and a final interview with engineers. Timing-wise, it took about 40 minutes to an hour for the interview block I experienced at each stage, and the focus stayed on my previous experience plus behavioral questions. The people on the engineer side came across as friendly, and even though I felt reasonably comfortable, I didn’t get an offer after everything completed.
