My initial screen was straightforward and deliberately non-technical.

I spoke with two employees, and the first phone conversation was mostly about gauging my personality and whether I seemed like a fit. After that, I got a call to interview with one of their engineers.

That engineering discussion focused on my experience with computer vision. I could tell they were expecting more depth than I had at that time, since I was aiming for a more entry-level level role and my background didn’t fully match what they required. The process felt simple and relatively quick, but I didn’t move forward, largely because they were looking for expertise I wasn’t at yet.
