MITRE Software Engineer interview experience

Multiple interviewers were late and seemed unprepared, and I could tell the experience wasn’t being handled with much care. On top of that, HR left me waiting for more than four weeks afterward before I finally had to contact them.

When I reached out, I learned they didn’t want to move forward. I remember being frustrated mostly because the delay and lack of momentum made it feel disrespectful of my time. Even though the conversations with HR were fine, the overall experience ended up being disappointing and left a bad impression.
