Quantico, VAPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview process revolved around a long technical presentation followed by a deep Q&A.

First, I presented on a problem I’d solved, and that presentation typically took about an hour.

After the talk, I went straight into questions for about two hours. The session felt like they were testing how well I understood what I presented and whether I could reason through details when pressed.

The whole thing was tough, and while I did end up getting an offer, the intensity of the presentation plus extended Q&A made it clear that they expected real ownership of the work, not just a surface-level explanation.
