Charlottesville, VAPosted Jan 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The format threw me off a bit: one of the calls felt like it was actively probing, and another turned into a group setting where multiple people asked questions at the same time. The questions didn’t always feel well matched to the skill level I was bringing in, so I spent a lot of the time trying to figure out what they were really targeting.

After that, the journey stretched longer than I expected. I ended up sitting through a grueling sequence that started with one-on-one meetings with very senior people, then continued into group interviews with department leadership and technical leads
