My process started with an HR phone screen where they went through my resume and asked for the basics.

After that, I filled out an online application on MicroStrategy’s site, including entering minimum salary expectations. Next came a technical phone interview, and it felt fairly manageable compared to harder technical screens I’d seen elsewhere. The final step was a 1:1 conversation with a consulting director, which rounded out the picture of the role and what they were looking for.
