My process was laid out as a few straightforward steps: three online assessments first, then a 1:1 interview.

The assessments weren’t particularly difficult, and the behavioral portion of the interview felt standard, with no brain teasers thrown in at all.

What made it memorable wasn’t the questions—it was the lack of follow-through. I was told I’d hear back within a few days, but after two weeks I still hadn’t received feedback. I reached out to HR, and I never got a response back.

I ended up being ghosted and didn’t receive an offer. Even though the interview itself felt average and not especially stressful, the silence afterward left a real bad taste.
