Microsoft Product Manager interview experience

Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I didn’t have a full play-by-play in what I shared, but my mindset going in had a direct reason behind it.

I’d been dealing with a rough environment at my previous employer and decided to push harder on my interview plan.

Alongside that, I was also trying to gather clarity on how best to prepare for what Microsoft would ask. It was more about figuring out the process and improving my approach than recounting a specific sequence of rounds, and I left it feeling focused on readiness rather than locked into one particular outcome.
