After I applied, the process moved through a few distinct steps: an online stage, then a psychotechnical test, and finally an in-person session with role-specific assessments.

The overall feel was structured and multi-step, like they wanted to filter carefully before talking too much about the job.

What stood out was the timing and cadence: after a bit of waiting, a technical round of roughly an hour showed up as the next step, followed by an HR conversation that lasted under twenty minutes. They asked me about my projects and what I’d done during internships, but it still stayed pretty concise. End-to-end, it felt like the timeline was deliberate rather than chaotic, and feedback eventually came through after a few weeks.
