I interviewed for the Consultant role and felt the culture and onboarding path were competitive yet supportive, with a fairly positive team experience from first contact.

Team exposure / multiple interviews — I met people across the organization as the process progressed, from Consultants through more senior leadership.
Work-style alignment — The interviews emphasized team-building and professionalism during work hours, even if team events felt laid back. Outcome: I didn’t report an offer, and my takeaway was that the process felt fair with a clear culture emphasis.
