I interviewed for a Consultant role at Michael Page, and it was on the easier side as long as I could clearly communicate my relevant experience.

Scheduling/availability call — I was contacted to arrange interviews in English, and I was told about the next steps (including a possible technical interview).
CV and role fit discussion — I walked through my background and focused on how my experience matched what they needed.
Team-style behavioral fit — I went through questions about motivation, fit, and how I’d show up in the role.
Assessment and role play (light but present) — I completed a personality assessment and a role-play-style conversation.
Outcome: I didn’t move to an offer (for these experiences),
