I interviewed for a Consultant role at Michael Page, going through several hierarchical conversations that ultimately depended heavily on interviewer fit and internal expectations.

Multi-stage process across stakeholders — I started with a screening, then had rounds with people running the process, senior managers, HR, and regional leadership.
Day-in / final-stage deep dive — The later stage resembled an extended wrap-up (described as a day-in format), designed to understand how I’d operate within the organization.
Culture and fit focused conversations — In other sessions, I met additional leadership and received questions tied to motivation and how I’d handle the environment.
Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; takeaway: interviewers often
