For the Consultant role, I went through a straightforward sequence of interviews across stages, including an aptitude test that didn’t change the application flow.

Online interview with HR manager — I discussed my fit with HR as an initial screening.
Group interview (in person, Tokyo office) — I participated in a group setting at the Tokyo office.
Final in-person interview — I completed a last interview face-to-face.
Aptitude test — I took an aptitude test, but it was described as not affecting the application process. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and the takeaway was that the process felt organized and not overly harsh even with multiple stages.
