I went through an interview setup that felt lightweight or dysfunctional, with unclear communication and little follow-up.

Short multi-round process — a simple sequence of four rounds, but after the last interview I was effectively ghosted.
Informal recruiter conversation — meetings felt unstructured with no feedback even after I tried to follow up by phone/email.
Early rejection and hierarchical vibe — in another instance, once they understood I wouldn’t comply with an expected “slave away” dynamic, I was rejected quickly. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was inconsistency in process quality and communication.
