The interview was conducted by an AI agent and could be done via phone or computer.

The process itself was pretty straightforward, and the AI asked questions based on my submissions.

What became a problem was the tech compatibility check in the middle of it. They specifically checked whether I was using Apple Silicon Macs, and that felt like a major miss to me since the tools I needed weren’t well supported on that platform. It left a bad taste because the process made the evaluation feel tied to environment rather than pure technical fit.
