I had a really rough start with scheduling.

The first interview got cancelled after I had already been set up for it, and then the second one ended up lasting only about five minutes.

For that short session, I was given a Google doc with three data-structure/algorithm questions—things like BFS and a two-pointer approach. I needed a couple minutes just to get oriented, but the interviewer cancelled before I could write anything. It was over so fast that I never really got a fair shot to show my thinking, which left me frustrated more than anything else.
