I went through an AI-based interview process that was mainly based on my resume.

The AI part lasted around 30 minutes and included an online video-style interview. Alongside the conversation, there was also a small task meant to check how proficient I was.

It felt structured and focused on evaluating both my background and my practical skills, even though it was still largely automated. I walked away thinking the process was designed to be fast—enough to judge fairly, but without long back-and-forth.
