The AI interview felt cold and awkward from the beginning.

It was basically a faceless “blob” on the screen, and I didn’t like how disconnected the process felt. Even though it was clearly structured, it never gave me the sense of any real culture or human interaction through the experience.

It made the technical evaluation feel more mechanical than meaningful to me, and I walked away less convinced by the process itself than by my own performance. The weirdness of the interaction was what stuck.
