I didn’t like the experience because it made me question who was behind the process.

Even though there was an interview happening, it felt like the people involved on the management side didn’t actually know what they were doing.

The overall vibe left me thinking they weren’t qualified to run the process the way it was being presented, and I didn’t trust the credibility of it. I didn’t end up getting selected, but the part that stuck was how disconnected the process felt from real competence—so I definitely didn’t view it positively.
