I found it fascinating that the interview was conducted by AI and that the questions were very tailored to my resume.

It felt like one of the most personalized interview experiences I’d had, because it didn’t stick to generic prompts—it went deep based on my background.

The flow still had a drawback for me. The AI leaned heavily on my most recent experiences and also spent a noticeable amount of time on security-related topics, so I ended up being asked a lot of follow-ups centered on my latest role rather than painting a fuller picture of my overall history.

I didn’t receive an offer, and I also felt skeptical about how seriously they were planning to hire versus using candidates to improve their AI.
