Mercer Financial Analyst interview experience

I remember how focused it was on basics, and once I scored at least around the 50% mark, the process moved straight to a short interview with the team manager.

The interview itself lasted about half an hour and stayed pretty grounded. They asked simple questions to check whether the core concepts I’d covered in the earlier material were solid, and they also pulled questions from the papers I’d already cleared. It was very pensions- and actuarial-adjacent, and the tone was more about confirming understanding than making things overly complicated. The whole flow felt clean and efficient.
