Mercer Financial Analyst interview experience

Positive

IndiaPosted Jun 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a more technical, three-way round that felt demanding.

It was still a smooth process overall, but the interviews dug into both soft skills and technical skill, and I had to be ready to describe not just what I knew but how I approached the work.

The interviewer wanted me to connect my strengths to how I actually performed under pressure, so the conversation didn’t stay surface-level. Even though it ran smoothly, it was definitely more difficult than I expected, and I didn’t receive an offer.
