My interview process was pretty intense and stretched across multiple stages.

I went through an online application, then a sequence of group interviews and eventually a panel interview. I kept making it through the stages, and it all built toward a final step where I met with the managing director.

I reached the later stage and still didn’t get the job. What really stuck with me was how long the wait was after the final round and how mentally exhausting it felt to keep hoping while hearing nothing. In the end, I was rejected even though I’d passed everything that came before it.
