MDA Software Engineer interview experience

I interviewed over a few weeks with one HR conversation, then meetings with a director and a manager. The interviews felt efficient and straightforward.

After I accepted an offer, there was a long security check that took around two months. So while the interviews themselves were quick, the overall timeline stretched because of the background process.

I received an offer, and the main reflection I had was that the interview portion moved fast while the post-offer steps were what truly consumed time.
