I started with a phone interview arranged by a recruiter.

They called me to confirm my interest and then I did a phone conversation with two people.

After that, I moved to an in-person interview with several people. The way they ran it felt straightforward: they weren’t trying to catch me off guard or ask trick questions, and it was mostly about mapping my skill set to the open role.

Overall it felt like an uncomplicated evaluation of fit and fundamentals, and I received an offer.
