MDA Systems Engineer interview experience

The first was a phone pre-screening interview where they asked basic questions like eligibility to work and general fit. After that I had an HR screening round, and then a technical round.

It felt pretty standard in structure—nothing surprising in format. The overall difficulty matched the role expectations, and I felt like the questions were aligned with what they were looking for.

I didn’t receive an offer. Still, it was more organized than some processes I’d heard about, and the steps made sense sequentially.
