MDA Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Easy

Positive

CanadaPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview was straightforward and the interviewer was kind and respectful.

The coding question felt easy, very similar to a LeetCode-style prompt if that’s a reference point.

After the coding piece, there were basic questions about character and motivation for wanting the job. It didn’t feel like there were tricks or hidden expectations.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience itself was positive in tone. I left feeling like I’d been treated fairly and evaluated on clear tasks.
