The interview process started with a recruiter call where I was provided information, then I moved on to a meeting with the hiring managers.

The main theme across the later stage was technical questions, and it also involved going through my resume carefully.

It felt like they were trying to connect what I listed to the skills they needed, rather than jumping straight into abstract questions. The pace was steady and my resume acted as the backbone of the conversation.

I got an offer. Overall it felt like a competent, organized process that focused on my actual experience.
