My first step was a phone interview with their recruiter.

After that, I was interviewed by a group of upper management people, and they went through my transcript with me while asking why I had received the grades I did, which honestly felt quite insulting.

There wasn’t a formal test, but the questioning was still framed to see how I solved problems. The whole interview process took about one to two hours, and I was told an offer would follow within the week.

I did get an offer, but I remember focusing on how harsh the academic transcript conversation felt compared to the rest of the process.
