Detroit, MIPosted Jul 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was mostly phone-based, and it started with a recruiter call.

They asked me to talk about myself and also walked me through what the interviewing process would look like.

After that, I had a technical phone interview with a software engineer. That call was centered on my work history, and then it shifted into scenario-style discussion—rather than jumping straight into abstract coding, they presented examples of different situations and asked how I would respond.

It felt like a straightforward way to gauge both background and decision-making, but I didn’t receive an offer after the phone screens.
