I did an online assessment first, then I joined a one-hour panel interview.

The panel asked questions about my resume, programming languages, and then I went into a coding test.

The coding part wasn’t described as extremely hard, but it depended on knowing object-oriented programming well. I felt like everything I said during the interview and discussion came back in depth later, so my resume really mattered.

I received an offer. The structured nature of assessment plus panel and coding made it feel rigorous, and it also made it clear they were expecting depth rather than surface-level knowledge.
