My process started with online tests, and then I moved into several rounds of case studies—three total—plus interviews with recruiters.

I was in the pipeline for several months and eventually reached the final interview stage.

What bothered me was the lack of closure at the end. After all that time and making it to the last stage, they didn’t inform me of the decision, and it felt like they simply forgot to let me know. That uncertainty lingered far longer than it should have.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the biggest reflection I had afterward was about process reliability—the difficulty of the cases was one thing, but the silence at the end made it feel more frustrating than it needed to be.
