First came an HR cold call, and then the process quickly moved into the core evaluation: a case interview followed by two rounds of partner interviews.

I was surprised by how quickly it escalated after the initial HR conversation—one moment I was just connecting with recruiting, and the next I was already in case mode.

Across the partner rounds, the conversation felt more high-stakes than the earlier screening, and the overall pace made the timeline feel intense. From start to finish, the whole interview process lasted about a month and a half. In my case, I ended up receiving an offer, and the thing that stayed with me afterward was how condensed the evaluation felt once I got past the early HR step.
