I went through three rounds of interview sessions with managers and partners.

The focus felt centered on reviewing my preparation and checking the case studies I’d worked on, and the atmosphere was noticeably calm compared to what I expected going in. The interviewers were prepared, which made the whole thing feel easier to navigate and less intimidating.

Across the rounds, the dynamic felt positive and steady rather than adversarial. I ended up enjoying the conversations more than I thought I would, especially because it wasn’t only about answering questions—it was about walking through what I’d prepared and how I approached the case work.
