I went through a straightforward set of interviews that blended behavioral experience and a practical case.

For the PEI portion, I was asked to share a story about conflict with someone. Then I moved into a business case where I helped a retail bank design a program to train bank tellers.

The difficulty felt average overall, and I walked away feeling like the questions were fairly standard for the role—storytelling on one side and structured problem-solving on the other. I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was still clear enough to understand what they cared about: leadership under friction and how I’d translate that into a training program for frontline work.
