The recruiter call came first to set up my game assessment, and that initial step felt manageable rather than scary.

After the assessment, the process continued into round one with a business case and behavioral interview.

What I remember most is the conditional structure: if I passed round one, I would move on to round two, and only then would there be an offer decision. That made the whole thing feel like momentum mattered, because the process wasn’t just about doing one good session—it was about surviving the next gate.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. Still, it was the clearest “stage-gated” experience I had, and the way round two was positioned made the stakes feel immediate from the start.
