My interview experience followed a very straightforward structure that matched what I expected going in.

It began with a screening interview, and then I moved into four PEI plus case interviews. The sequence felt like it was designed to test the full consulting package—behavioral fit paired with structured problem solving—without unnecessary complexity.

The overall process was still solidly demanding, but the difficulty level felt more like “average” compared to horror stories I’d heard, mostly because the format was clear. I didn’t get an offer, but I left feeling like I understood the logic of what they were evaluating and that the process itself didn’t try to trick me with random steps.
