My process started with a virtual recruiter-style round where the conversation centered on automation testing—what tools and frameworks I used, how I’d approach building or extending test automation, and how I handled coordination and team dynamics.

It felt fairly role-specific, and I remember leaving that call feeling like they already had a clear picture of the kind of QA work they wanted.

About a week later, I moved into a program/skills assessment round focused on coding. That part caught me more than the earlier discussion, because it was the only round that really asked for code rather than testing concepts. After that, the process ended without an offer, and overall it felt like the emphasis shifted from QA execution to proving coding ability fairly quickly.
