I went through a fairly structured multi-round process that started with HR-like coordination and then moved into three core interview rounds.

The first round mixed basic aptitude with QA concepts, and the second round went deeper into the kinds of tasks I’d be responsible for. By the third round, the tone shifted into coding.

That coding round involved writing a couple of very simple C++ programs (it sounded like two or three programs total), and they asked up front what language I was most comfortable with. After those rounds, there were additional HR conversations and meetings with senior managers, which made the overall journey feel broader than just technical screening.
