My interview started with an internal recruiter reaching out by email and setting up a short conversation that lasted about half an hour.

After that, I had an in-person interview with the director of the business unit. The whole process felt compact and efficient.

It took around two to three weeks from kickoff to the in-person meeting and decision. What surprised me was how quickly things moved after the face-to-face discussion—the offer came the very next day. The experience itself felt straightforward and not overly drawn out.

I ended up getting an offer, and the speed of the process left me with a strong impression of how decisively the team could move once the final round was done.
