Bristol, EnglandPosted Sep 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After applying online, I was invited to an interview day with other candidates.

The day started with some context—things like an overview of the company—and a set of presentations. Then the structure moved into a group exercise before I sat down for individual interviews with two current employees.

Compared with the easier flows I’d heard of, this one felt notably tougher overall. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience still had a fairly clear shape: first the framing and information for the room, then collaboration, and finally a deeper look through individual conversations.
