I applied online and then went through an HR screening followed by a technical interview with a responsible manager.

The technical part went deep into hard skills and practical case scenarios, and it felt like they were trying to pressure-test how I handled real problems.

What threw me off after the technical conversation was the silence. There was no communication for a long stretch of time even though I followed up a few times, which made the process feel unfinished even though the technical interview itself was substantial.
