I went through an assessment-day style process that started with a meet-and-greet and then moved into competency tests, followed by question-and-answer time with a current grad.

The day also included an interview and a group assessment, so it felt like they were collecting information from multiple angles rather than just running a single conversation.

When I hit the more difficult parts, the technical side wasn’t shy either—there were tough questions around work prioritisation, and the group exercise was hard because of the sheer number of people and everyone talking at once. I remember leaving the group element thinking it was less about finding the “perfect” answer and more about how you function under pressure.
