I had a friendly Teams call where the goal felt less like testing me and more like checking whether my values aligned with the company’s.

They asked me what I could bring to the team and to MBDA, and the conversation also included questions about my CV.

Even though the content was fairly straightforward, the tone was a little more probing than I expected because values and motivation were central to how they guided the discussion. I came away thinking they were taking the fit aspect seriously, and that made the call feel more focused than a generic screening.
