I went through an attitudinal HR conversation where we covered why I wanted to join MBDA, along with my personal and professional journey.

They also asked for strengths and weaknesses and talked about experiences that showed growth.

After that, I had a second interview with a technical manager. In my case, the technical questions were centered on CFD, specifically applied to air intake/airflow situations for supersonic setups. The contrast between the two steps was pretty clear: first motivation and development, then a more role-specific technical deep dive.
